What you receive is simple, clear, and intentional: a beautifully formatted wellness plan delivered straight to your email as a PDF. No apps to download, no accounts to manage.
Each month, you—and optionally someone you care for—receive a completely unique plan tailored to real-life factors; health interests, hobbies, pet care, lifestyle, local highlights, and even travel planning.
A key part of this experience is our proxy feature. In simple terms, a proxy allows one person to manage inputs on behalf of someone else— You control what goes in, and you can review what you plan to share, making it easier to extend thoughtful, personalized support without adding complexity or cost.
